Accumulating Points in the 888 Poker VIP Program

All real money players at 888 Poker are automatically enrolled in the Rewards program. This VIP program includes two types of points: Status Points and Reward Points. Status Points are awarded for participating in real money ring games and tournaments that have entry fees. On the first day of each month, 888 Poker will assess the number of Status Points you've earned in order to determine your VIP status level. Status Points reset on the 1st of each month, and cannot be spent. Alternatively, Reward Points are completely cumulative, and will only expire if your account remains inactive for three months. Your Reward Points can be redeemed for cash as you accumulate them. Take the following scenario for example: You've reached VIP Diamond. Following this, you earn 1,000 Status Points. Due to your status level, you would receive 18,000 Reward Points. You could then convert these Reward Points into cash at a ratio of one penny per point. In total, you would receive $180.
