Betfair Poker is an established European poker room that has a VIP program known as the Players Club. All players who sign up for a real money account with Betfair Poker will be automatically enrolled in the Players Club, which allows them to collect Player Points and Store Points. Player Points are used to ascend through the Players Club levels, while Store Points can be redeemed for cash vouchers. By achieving a higher level, players will be able to accumulate Store Points at a faster rate.
Earning Betfair Poker VIP Player Points
After you register for a real money Betfair Poker account, you'll automatically begin to receive Player Points for participating in real money poker tournaments and ring games. In a cash game, 3.25 Player Points are awarded for each dollar you contribute to the rake. For example, in a hand where you contribute $2 to the rake, you'll receive 6.5 Player Points. In a tournament, 5 Player Points are awarded for each dollar you pay in tournament fees. If the tournament has a buy-in of $12 + $2.50, for example, you will earn 12.5 Player Points (5 x 2.5).
Climbing the Betfair Poker Players Club Levels
In order to raise your status within the Betfair Poker Players Club, you'll need to earn a certain number of Player Points each month. Higher Players Club levels will reward players with increasingly valuable Store Points multipliers, as well as additional point boosters. If you manage to reach 14,000 Player Points within a year of real money play, you'll be eligible to join the annually assessed levels of the Betfair Poker VIP program: Master and Grand Master. The Master level offers a x5 Store Points Multiplier, as well as booster bonuses worth up to 1,750 SP per 1,000 PP at 54,000 PP.
